As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Internal Salesperson to join our team and help us continue delivering outstanding products to our clients. Position Overview: The optimal candidate is an enthusiastic sales person that will help manage and grow our home and auto insurance portfolio. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, closing sales, and working in a supportive environment. You will be provided with leads to follow up with, including online leads, cross-selling opportunities with current clients, and re-engaging past clients. You will also be responsible for asking for and closing referrals to expand our customer base. Key Responsibilities: * Follow up with online leads and convert them into customers. * Cross-sell additional policies to existing clients. * Reconnect with past clients to win back their business. * Ask for and close referrals to generate new business. * Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. * Collaborate with our team of sales professionals and take advantage of our proven sales systems and training programs. * Receive ongoing support and coaching from our experienced sales manager to help you succeed. Qualifications: * Previous insurance sales experience is preferred, but not required. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets. * Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required. * A desire to learn and grow with a supportive team. * P&C Insurance License required.
