As a Sales Development Representative, your initial training consists of a multi-week, comprehensive curriculum where new hires begin to learn consultative selling skills and Oracle solutions. Upon territory assignment, you will qualify and promote leads for new prospects and/or existing customers to the Oracle sales team with defined next steps. The Sales Development Role is a sales role that is generally eligible for incentive compensation contingent upon achieving specified objectives.
