Women's Imaging Specialists is seeking a Provider Liaison for our Fairhope and Foley, AL area facilities. It is PART-TIME 20-25 hours a week, 8am-4:30pm. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and prior medical office or liaison experience. Daily travel within your territory will be required. Responsibilities include developing relationships with new and existing referring medical offices in your territory, educating providers about what makes WIS different from our competitors and the services offered, serving as a liaison between referring provider offices and WIS facilities. Women's Imaging Specialists provides state-of-the-art 2D/ 3D breast imaging and diagnostic ultrasound imaging, including echocardiography, vascular, and breast ultrasound. Our digital mammography, breast ultrasound, and bone densitometry services are focused on the early screening and detection of breast cancer and osteoporosis. Our ultrasound services aid in the detection of cardiovascular disease. We are passionate about our patients, products, and processes. Please note the geographic area for this position includes but is not limited to, Foley, AL and Fairhope, AL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / Skill Requirements: * Strong , effective, and professional customer service skills; verbal and written * Ability to take direction and work independently on a day to day basis * Excellent communication skills * Ability to exude professionalism and confidence in a medical office setting * Sales skills and ability to assist in meeting monthly volume goals * Ability to build trust and credibility with current and prospective referring provider offices * Ability and willingness to learn our workflows, policies and procedures, and scope of services offered * Organized and goal-oriented WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of 1 years experience in the medical/healthcare industry Some liaison or business development, marketing or experience preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Must be able to sit in the car for extended periods time Salary plus benefits: * Monthly Car Stipend - $200.00 * Monthly bonus schedule based on volume goals (begins after first 30 days of employment) * Holiday Pay Women's Imaging Specialists is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer.
