Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within your designated territory. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and effectively communicate our product offerings will be key to your success. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals. * Identify and target potential clients through lead generation and cold calling efforts. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through account management practices. * Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align on promotional strategies and campaigns. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Upsell additional products or services based on client needs. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments. * Strong background in territory management and direct sales strategies. * Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is highly desirable. * Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is preferred. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and identify new business opportunities. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence. * Previous experience in account management or sales management is a plus. * A background in retail sales or inside sales can also be beneficial.
