About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing used car team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on internet leads, high engagement, and closing deals in both Prime and Subprime credit environments. You'll be responsible for managing leads from first contact to showroom visit and working closely with our Finance team to desk and close deals. If you're comfortable working a structured sales process, using technology to win, and helping customers who truly need guidance--you'll succeed here.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and respond to internet and inbound leads using DriveCentric CRM
- Build rapport quickly and guide customers toward showroom appointments
- Conduct needs analysis and vehicle presentations
- Desk deals with the Finance team to structure Prime and Subprime approvals
- Maintain consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
- Use GoTo Phone Systems and CallWars Analytics to improve call performance
- Accurately log activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
- Deliver a transparent, respectful, and customer-first buying experience Tools & Technology You'll Use
- DriveCentric CRM - lead management, follow-up, and communication
- DealerCenter DMS - deal structure and documentation
- GoTo Phone Systems - inbound/outbound call handling
- CallWars Phone Analytics - call tracking and performance insights What We're Looking For
- Automotive sales experience preferred (used car experience a plus)
- Comfort working with Prime and Subprime customers
- Strong phone, text, and in-person communication skills
- Ability to follow a structured sales process
- Coachable mindset with a desire to improve daily
- CRM experience (DriveCentric preferred, others acceptable)
