Job Title: Sales Manager Salary: Up to $100K Industry: Transportation Equipment / Technology FLSA: Exempt Location: Illinois (Preferred) / Remote Our client, a global technology company in transit systems, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to expand market presence for its Automated Fare Collection (AFC) and Transit Lighting products in the U.S. Responsibilities: * Identify potential customers and build strong sales pipelines. * Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings. * Develop annual sales strategies, forecasts, and pricing plans. * Respond to RFPs and coordinate proposal submissions. * Maintain key client and vendor relationships. * Participate in industry events and workshops to promote products. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. * 10-15 years of B2B sales or sales management experience (transit industry preferred). * Proven record of meeting sales goals. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to travel up to 75%, including weekends. * Flexible to join early/late meetings with global partners.
