Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to develop and grow our client base within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will be a passionate relationship-builder with a deep understanding of the dental industry. You will be responsible for promoting our full range of dental laboratory services, acquiring new accounts, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our existing clients. Key Responsibilities: * New Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new dental practice clients (Dentists, Prosthodontists, Specialists) within the assigned territory. * Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, building strong, long-term relationships through exceptional service and support. * Product & Service Promotion: Effectively present, promote, and sell our comprehensive suite of dental laboratory products and services using solid arguments and professional presentation skills. * Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding dentists' specific needs, providing technical product information, and recommending the best laboratory solutions for their cases. * Territory Management: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the territory to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. * Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek new trends and product opportunities in the dental field. * Customer Service Liaison: Work closely with the laboratory technical team to communicate client feedback, resolve any service issues promptly, and ensure seamless case management. * Attendance at Trade Shows: Represent [Your Dental Lab Name] at local and regional dental meetings, conferences, and trade shows. Required Qualifications & Skills: * Proven working experience as a sales representative in the dental industry (dental lab, dental equipment, or consumables sales is highly preferred). * Excellent knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and restorative products (e.g., crowns, bridges, implants, dentures). * Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas. * Superb communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong sense of integrity and a client-focused mindset. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and possess a valid driver's license.
