Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager Responsibilities: This position entails all facets of managing a book of Commercial Insurance business to include but not limited to: * Build relationships with current and prospective clients to better serve them and their portfolio of insurance policies. * Work hand-in-hand with the Producer and Account Executive to meet the needs of the client. * Manage a book of commercial insurance by marketing new business, renewing existing business, and analyzing coverage and risk exposure. * Perform coverage comparisons, contract reviews, and negotiate with underwriters, as necessary. * Oversee all invoicing, paperwork, and internal processing of assigned accounts. * Prepare reports, proposals, and other documentation. * Maintaining accounts in the Agency Management System * Perform other duties and projects, as assigned. Qualifications: * Active Property and Casualty Insurance Agent License (required) * At least 1 year of Commercial Insurance Account Management experience (required) * Strong Microsoft Office skills * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * AMS360 experience a plus * Interest in leadership and mentoring * Possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and be a team player Benefits: This role is remunerated based upon experience and contribution to the organization through a combination of salary, and performance incentive compensation.
