Pay: Base + Commission (top performers earn more) Location: Remote or Hybrid (South Florida preferred) About the Role We're looking for a proven phone closer to follow up on warm leads and open estimates and turn them into booked jobs. Our team generates a high volume of estimates and we need someone who can confidently call customers, build trust, handle objections, and close using approved discounts when needed. If you've sold life/medical/car insurance (or similar phone-based sales), you'll do well here. This is not cold calling random lists these are people who requested service or already received an estimate. What You'll Do * Call and follow up on open estimates (same day + daily follow-up cadence) * Qualify customer needs, answer questions, and overcome objections * Close deals and book appointments on the spot * Offer discounts only within our guidelines to help secure the close * Maintain clear notes and status updates in our CRM * Coordinate scheduling with our operations team * Hit weekly/monthly booking and revenue targets What We're Looking For * 1+ year experience closing sales over the phone (insurance, solar, home services, call center, etc.) * Strong objection handling and confident communication * Ability to build urgency without being pushy * Comfortable working with scripts, follow-up sequences, and KPIs * Organized and reliable (you'll manage many open estimates) * Coachable and motivated by performance/commission * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation * Base pay + commission per closed job (more closes = more pay) * Bonuses for hitting booking targets * Clear discount rules so you can close confidently Schedule * [Mon-Fri / Some Saturdays optional] * [Hours: 10:00AM-2:00PM] How to Apply Please include: * A short summary of your phone closing experience and your age. * What you sold (examples: life insurance, medical insurance, car insurance, home services, etc.) * Your best monthly results (calls per day, close rate, or revenue, any metric is fine) * Availability.
