What You 'll Do * Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process * Build rapport and deliver a positive, professional sales experience * Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and feature demonstrations * Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships * Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership inventory * Work collaboratively with the sales team, finance department, and management * Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals Requirements: What We 're Looking For * Previous automotive sales experience preferred , but we will train the right candidate * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn * Professional appearance and strong work ethic * Ability to work evenings and weekends as required * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Great Lakes Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
