The Opportunity As a Senior Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle and be trusted to hunt, demo, close, and grow accounts. This role is built for experienced sellers who want momentum, autonomy, and a clear path to leadership. Top performers can move into Team Lead, Major Accounts, or Enterprise roles within 12-24 months. What You 'll Do * Drive new revenue through high-volume outbound sales * Run discovery calls, demos, and close deals daily * Sell SaaS subscriptions, memberships, and takeoff solutions * Build a strong pipeline and manage it in CRM * Sell value, ROI, and real business outcomes * Partner with leadership on larger opportunities Who Wins Here * 7-10 years of inside SaaS sales experience * Consistent top performer who knows how to close * Hunter mentality with elite work ethic * Competitive, coachable, and accountable * Comfortable with daily activity: * ~70 outbound calls/day * 30-50 emails/follow-ups * 3-4 demos per day Compensation & Growth * $80,000+ OTE Year 1 (Base + Commission) * Unlimited, uncapped commissions * Monthly activity and performance bonuses * Real promotion opportunities--not empty titles * Fast-growing company with big upside Ready to Compete?
