Job Description

MSM3 Fitness Companies own and operates three Orangetheory Fitness studios in the Kansas City area. We are currently seeking individuals with DESIRE and DRIVE who are Happy, Humble and Honest to fill the position of Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you must have a solid understanding of our meaningful purpose and the mission of the company to deliver: More Life to our members, employees and the community we serve You would be responsible for working with the team to deliver "More Life" by providing a positive work environment and promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a professional, strong relationship with the active member base focusing on More Life
• Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio re-enforcing the More Life purpose
• Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems and protocols
• Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
• Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
• Must be able to participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week
• Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
• Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
• Proper onboarding all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and FP Agreements
• Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
• Responsible for attending and participating in all relative training programs and staff meetings JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
