Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our janitorial and facility services business throughout the territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on consistent activity, relationship building, and managing a longer B2B sales cycle. This position is heavily focused on appointment setting and pipeline fulfillment within an established database of prospects. Success requires disciplined daily activity, including outbound calls, targeted emails, periodic site visits, and consistent follow-up. This role will be on-site in our office for the first six (6) months to support training, coaching, and ramp up. After that period, the role will transition to a hybrid based schedule. In addition to recurring janitorial services, you will also have the opportunity to sell handyman and maintenance services , which often serve as a strong entry point for future conversations around long-term, recurring cleaning contracts. Territory includes: Chicago (South & West ) Cicero, Melrose Park, Hillside, Stone Park, University Park, Northern Indiana and surrounding areas. Daily Tasks * Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and territory management strategies * Make 30 -40 outbound calls per day to prospects within an established territory * Schedule a minimum of 8 qualified meetings per month * Learn and consistently use our CRM to track activity, manage pipeline, and follow-up * Conduct on-site walkthroughs for janitorial opportunities * Prepare professional service proposals * Lead proposal presentations, negotiate terms, and close new business Skills * B2B sales experience with a strong outbound focus (calls, emails, texts) (2-5 Years) * Consistent CRM usage to track activity and manage follow-up * Coachable mindset and willingness to learn * Comfortable in a high-activity, results-driven environment * Confident speaking with business decision-makers and setting meetings * Able to make 30 -40+ outbound calls per day and handle rejection professionally * Strong phone and written communication skills * Competitive, self-motivated, team-oriented attitude We are a total facility solutions provider for our clients in keeping their spaces clean and safe to operate in on a daily basis.
