We are looking for a Business Customer Representative to handle high-volume outreach to potential patients, helping them navigate their next steps and connecting them with our clinic staff. We provide the leads; you provide the energy. You'll be calling individuals involved in recent accidents to coordinate their appointment. The Day-to-Day * First-Response Outreach: You'll be the first point of contact for potential patients. * Consultative Closing: This isn't just a "sales" call. You're listening to their situation, building immediate rapport, and showing them why our services are their best option. * Managing the Funnel: You'll be responsible for high-volume outbound dialing and diligent follow-up to ensure every potential patient gets the help they need.
