As we continue to expand, we are looking for driven and energetic Sales Consultant candidates to join our team and play a key role in delivering AT&T's latest AT&T Internet Sales solutions directly to customers. As a Sales Consultant at Fortress Group, you'll serve as the face of the AT&T brand, connecting directly with customers to provide personalized experiences, present advanced AT&T Internet Sales product options, and complete the Telecommunications Sales process from start to finish. Every Sales Consultant receives ongoing support, professional development, and opportunities to grow within a performance-driven and collaborative sales environment. What You 'll Do as an AT&T Sales Consultant: * Represent AT&T's most up-to-date AT&T Internet Sales and Telecommunications Sales solutions through direct sales strategies. * Connect with customers in person to assess needs, explain benefits, and match them with the best AT&T products and AT&T Internet Sales services. * Deliver outstanding customer service experiences by offering expert product knowledge and seamless AT&T Internet Sales support. * Complete full sales cycles, from first contact to activation, while accurately tracking all customer interactions and data. * Manage a designated territory, identify new Telecommunications Sales opportunities, and implement outreach strategies to meet and exceed goals. * Collaborate with mentors and managers to continuously improve your performance as a dedicated Sales Consultant at AT&T. * Submit regular reports and insights on customer trends, AT&T Internet Sales results, and territory performance to leadership. * Contribute to a dynamic team culture where Sales Consultant AT&T colleagues support each other and share best practices in Telecommunications Sales.
