We are growing our Appointment Setter team Mr Roof & Remodeling is a fast-growing home improvement company specializing in roofing, windows, doors, and siding. We are hiring Appointment Setters to join our team. This role includes a weekly rotation between: * Phone-based appointment setting (call center) * Neighborhood canvassing (door-to-door) Both roles have the same goal : Set quality appointments for free, no-obligation estimates HOW THE ROTATION WORKS * Phone work: Calling homeowners to schedule free estimates * Canvassing: Speaking with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods * Rotation is scheduled weekly (not random, not daily) This keeps the job engaging , prevents burnout, and helps you earn more. Schedule: Mixed- Mon. & Thurs. 9am - 5pm, Tues. & Wed. 12pm - 8pm, Fri. 9am - 1pm and Saturdays 10:00am - 2:00pm This is NOT a work-from-home position. All work is done in person at our Wheeling, IL office or nearby neighborhoods.
