In this role you will be expected to perform a range of tasks in the store that will help achieve our Customer service and operational goals. You will be accountable for knowing and achieving personal productivity goals and company productivity standards. Responsibilities: * Interaction inside of retailers with clients and customers. * Learn about our products and provide accurate information about their features and pricing to our customers * Assist customers daily with their purchases, sign-ups, and billing issues. * Facilitate in-store promotional advertising to customers. * Open customer accounts by inputting account information. * Communicate daily about sales and customer issues. * Provide product and service support. * Manage in-store relations including customer service. * Answer questions or concerns about services or products. * Provide information about new promotions.
