Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Base + Commission | $40K-$50K+ Uncapped Location: In-Office Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Hourly base + commission + performance bonuses On-Target Earnings: $40,000-$50,000+ (uncapped) This Role Is for Performers -- Not Toe-Dippers We are a rapidly growing insurance agency building a disciplined, competitive sales organization.
