Full description of the position

The Bilingual Sales & Client service coordinatort must provide exceptional customer service to all customers, current and new by fulfilling their party rental needs. Also, provide ongoing customer support with all functions pertaining to the client's event. Primary Responsibilities : * Assist customers with their orders, questions or any services related to their event. Making sure that all work is accurate, inquires are resolved and client is satisfied. * Ability to handle high volume of proposals and requests via phone, email and walk ins. * Proactively handle any order, equipment or payment related issues timely, before the event date. * Serve as the customer champion to successfully manage, act and resolve their needs with a sense of urgency and to the satisfaction of the customer while adhering to company guidelines. * Communicates freely with leaders, supervisors and management staff any issues or problems that need further clarification or handling. * Ability to prioritize with the goal to complete and/or resolve job related issues by the end of the day. * Collaborate and build relationships with sales, operations, credit, logistics and other personnel in regards to the timely resolution of any customers' issues. * Product and operational knowledge must be kept current regarding equipment and linens by utilizing the website, showroom and intranet. Preferred Qualifications : * Bilingual (Spanish/English). * H.S diploma or associates degree in marketing/business. * 2.5 years in a customer service/ sales orientated environment. * Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel. * Prior catering, event planning or other hospitality experience is a plus. * Ability to thrive in a team oriented, fast pace and innovative environment. * Strong sense of ethics, etiquette and tact. * Problem-solving and solution oriented with the ability to identify and handle conflicts timely. * Detail oriented and organized with the ability to complete and manage a large volume of high quality work quickly coupled with the ability to multi task effectively. * Timely return of responses to customers regarding orders and information requested. * Positive attitude, composure, sense of humor, creativity, adaptability, and approachability. * Availability to work flexible day/night and weekend schedules due to the seasonal nature of the business and the high volume of customers during this time.
