Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Overland Park, Kansas. The Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction and experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer calls, processing policy changes, addressing billing inquiries, and providing information about products and services. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and cross selling when opportunities present. We offer ongoing training and opportunities for career growth within our agency. Qualifications: * Customer service and support skills * Sales skills and prior sales experience strongly preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well in a team * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Proficiency with relevant computer systems and software * Ability to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license required * High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred * Experience in the insurance industry not required Pay: $41,600.00 - $71,600.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: In person
