In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service while working closely with our sales team to achieve our goals. Responsibilities * Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques. * Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends. * Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to clients. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. * Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends to help shape product offerings.
