A leader in the financial industry is hiring a hybrid remote Account Manager in Newport Beach, CA for a full-time position, onsite 2 days a week. Account Manager Perks: * Salary range of $80,000-$100,000 per year with bonus potential. * Hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. * Professional development and learning resources. * Collaborative and driven work environment. Account Manager Requirements: * 3-5 years in affiliate management, mortgage lead generation, or performance marketing. * Strong understanding of mortgage funnels, borrower qualification metrics, and lending products. * Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, and compliant mortgage marketing requirements. * Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Everflow, Impact, Tune, CJ, etc.) and CRM workflows. * Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills with an analytical mindset. Account Manager Responsibilities: * Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners across publishers, aggregators, and comparison sites. * Manage and nurture relationships with affiliates while ensuring compliant, high-quality mortgage traffic. * Monitor affiliate performance, lead quality, payout structures, and conversion across borrower funnels. * Collaborate across marketing, compliance, and product on campaign approvals, disclosures, and creatives. * Analyze CPL, CPA, intent, pull-through, and funded-loan conversion to optimize campaigns and reporting.
