As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Position Summary Inside Sales Representatives will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through outbound sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, a strong team player, goal-oriented, self driven, and passionate about helping customers find the right solutions. Key Responsibilities * Prospect, qualify, and develop new leads via social media, search engines, referrals, and CRM tools. * Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system. * Collaborate with marketing and account management to ensure seamless customer experiences. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPI's and Quota's. * Attend all Company and team meetings/Trainings, punctually.
