Benefits: * Affordable employee health Insurance (medical, dental, vision) * 401K with company match * Paid holiday and vacation * Employer paid training for technicians Key Responsibilities: * Partnership Management * * Serve as the primary liaison with body builders and body OEM partners * Strengthen existing relationships to enhance operational efficiency and financial returns * Identify and establish new strategic partnerships that align with company goals * Sales Support & Coordination * * Collaborate with regional sales managers and sales reps to support vocational truck sales -- both stock inventory and customer orders * Assist in quoting, spec development, and delivery coordination for trucks with bodies * Ensure partner body specs meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements * Financial Oversight & Reporting * * Monitor profitability and performance of all vocational truck programs * Analyze financial data related to body builder partnerships and suggest improvement strategies * Work with internal departments to ensure accurate cost structures, billing, and pricing models * Product & Market Expertise * * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of body applications, truck spec options, and industry trends * Act as internal subject matter expert on vocational applications (dump, utility, refuse, crane, etc.) * Participate in product reviews and spec alignment meetings with OEM and vendor partners * Strategic Planning & Development * * Develop long-term strategies for vocational segment growth * Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline build processes and reduce delivery times * Support marketing and product positioning efforts targeting vocational markets Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in commercial truck sales, upfitting, or related vocational segment * Proven track record in managing vendor/OEM relationships * Strong understanding of truck specifications, body integrations, and commercial vehicle compliance * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and partners simultaneously * Comfortable with travel (approximately 30-50%) * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and relevant industry platforms * Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred Why Join Us?
