What You'll Do * Conduct in-home assessments to understand comfort needs and recommend solutions * Build rapport and trust with homeowners, educating them on system options * Present multiple equipment and financing solutions clearly and professionally * Educate customers on the benefits of system upgrades, energy efficiency, and comfort solutions * Manage the full sales process from lead to close * Work closely with install and service teams to ensure smooth transitions * Maintain accurate records in the CRM and stay on top of scheduling, change orders, and close-out documentation * Continuously grow your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and coaching What You Bring * 1+ year of residential or HVAC-related sales experience (2+ years preferred) * Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals * Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability * CRM experience (ServiceTitan a plus) * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Team-oriented mindset and a proactive, problem-solving attitude Join a Team You Can Be Proud Of At Reynolds, you're more than your results-you're part of a team that celebrates your growth, supports your development, and treats you like family.
