Job Description If you have a passion for jewelry and the knowledge of enjoying talking with people, we have Sales Associate position available. The ideal Sales Associate will have: * Ability to Generate sales * Ability to photograph and edit pictures of jewelry. * Demonstrate exceptional customer service and relationship building with clients * Outgoing personality. * Ability to work as team player and participate in all areas of the stores operations * Dependable and trustworthy. * Computer literacy on a POS program is a must, (we will provide training on our specific system). * Knowledge of social media postings Responsibilities will include: * Ensure a positive impression & shopping experience, by leading the customer through sales process and closing the sale * Have the ability to listen to customers and determine what type of jewelry they desire. * Assist customers in their selection of jewelry. * Proper presentation of jewelry features & benefits. * General jewelry knowledge and understanding of jewelry styles, shape of stones, and types of settings * Adhere to company policy and procedures. * Maintain professional image at all times. * Participate in re-stocking and general jewelry store housekeeping * Participate in maintaining accurate inventory. * Place custom orders. * Cash handling and secure credit card processing.
