Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Representative who is a unique blend of a "hunter" and a "helper." This is a consultative sales role that requires the ability to balance a high level of competitive drive with deep empathy for the client. In this role, you won't just be pitching products; you will be solving problems. We are looking for an individual who is motivated by the "dopamine rush" of a win, but who possesses the psychological grit to stay confident and composed during the inevitable periods of rejection.
Key Responsibilities
- Empathetic Discovery: Build genuine rapport with prospects to uncover their core needs, ensuring they feel like partners in the sales process rather than targets.
- Dynamic Communication: Utilize active listening to detect subtext, tonality, and shifts in conversation to adapt your pitch in real-time.
- Objection Mastery: Improvise and redirect conversations when faced with resistance, turning "no" into "not yet" or "how about this?"
- Activity & Drive: Maintain a high volume of outbound activity with the internal drive to consistently hit and exceed performance targets.
- Professional Resilience: Maintain a high level of confidence and an "unemotional" response to rejection, ensuring that hard days do not impact the quality of the next call. The Ideal Candidate Profile

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven track record in a sales or customer-facing environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
