We are a growing insurance company seeking a high-performing Medical Sales Executive to join our West Palm Beach team. This role is designed for a confident, results-oriented sales professional who excels at generating new business, managing key client relationships, and driving long-term revenue growth within the medical insurance space. As a Medical Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle--from prospecting and consultations to closing and ongoing client management--while serving as a trusted advisor to your clients. Key Responsibilities * Drive new business by selling medical and healthcare insurance products * Manage and grow a portfolio of individual and/or group client accounts * Conduct strategic, needs-based consultations to recommend tailored coverage * Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships * Follow up on leads, referrals, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities * Retain clients through proactive account management and service excellence * Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics * Maintain accurate sales activity and client records in CRM systems Qualifications * Proven success in sales, business development, or account management * Healthcare or insurance sales experience strongly preferred * Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills * Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities * Self-motivated, goal-driven * Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively * Florida Health Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain (company support available) What We Offer * High earning potential with uncapped commissions * Ongoing sales training and leadership support * Clear path for advancement within the organization * Stable, growing healthcare insurance market * Modern office located in West Palm Beach Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Ability to Commute: * West Palm Beach, FL 33401 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * West Palm Beach, FL 33401: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
