We are a growing insurance company seeking a high-performing Medical Sales Executive to join our West Palm Beach team. This role is designed for a confident, results-oriented sales professional who excels at generating new business, managing key client relationships, and driving long-term revenue growth within the medical insurance space. As a Medical Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle--from prospecting and consultations to closing and ongoing client management--while serving as a trusted advisor to your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business by selling medical and healthcare insurance products
• Manage and grow a portfolio of individual and/or group client accounts
• Conduct strategic, needs-based consultations to recommend tailored coverage
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Follow up on leads, referrals, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities
• Retain clients through proactive account management and service excellence
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate sales activity and client records in CRM systems

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, business development, or account management
• Healthcare or insurance sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-driven
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Florida Health Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain (company support available) What We Offer
