Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your ability to manage inventory, train staff, and implement effective merchandising strategies will be crucial to the success of our store. Responsibilities * Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stocking, and pricing of products. * Lead recruitment efforts by interviewing, hiring, and training new employees. * Develop and implement employee orientation programs to foster a productive work environment. * Supervise staff performance through effective coaching and development strategies. * Handle payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records. * Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and cash handling procedures. * Drive sales through effective merchandising strategies and promotional activities. * Ensure high levels of customer service by resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships with customers. * Monitor sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. * Manage budgets effectively while optimizing store resources. Requirements * Proven experience in furniture retail management or as an Assistant Manager with strong leadership ability. * Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a positive leadership approach. * Proficiency in retail math, inventory management, and cash handling practices. * Hands-on experience in employee training, coaching, and performance management. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Familiarity with merchandising principles and retail marketing strategies. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
