Full description of the position

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Sales Territory Manager to support and grow our customer base within an assigned geographic territory. This role is ideal for a driven, early-career professional who is eager to learn, works hard, and is excited to build a career in technical sales. The Sales Territory Manager will work closely with senior sales leadership, technical teams, and operations to identify opportunities, support the sales pipeline, and help deliver value to our customers. Prior sales experience is not required--we will provide training, mentorship, and a structured commission plan. Key Responsibilities * Manage and develop an assigned sales territory under the guidance of leadership * Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and follow-up * Support the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, proposals, and follow-through * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers * Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to understand customer needs and align solutions * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system * Attend conferences, trade shows, and customer visits as needed * Meet or exceed defined sales activity and revenue targets Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a technical discipline related to the services we sell (engineering, computer science, physics, or similar) * Little to no prior sales experience required * Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable learning technical concepts and communicating them clearly to customers * Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities * Proficiency with basic office tools (Microsoft Office) Preferred (Not Required) * Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to sales, engineering, or customer-facing roles * Interest in technical products, engineering services, or software * Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary * Commission plan based on individual and territory performance * Training and mentorship from experienced sales and technical professionals * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off Why Join Us This is an excellent opportunity to launch a career in technical sales with a company that values hard work, curiosity, and long-term growth.
