Your enthusiasm for fashion, combined with your sales skills and product knowledge, will help create memorable shopping experiences that foster customer loyalty and support our growth objectives. < Responsibilities> * Greet customers warmly and engage them with genuine enthusiasm to create a welcoming environment * Assist customers with product selections, providing detailed product demos and styling advice * Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, cash handling, and receipts * Conduct merchandising activities including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store looks inviting * Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to enhance their purchase * Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via messaging platforms * Support inventory management through stock replenishment and accurate record keeping < Qualifications> * Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a grocery store or fashion retail environment * Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus * Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math calculations, and cash handling procedures * Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations * Demonstrated ability to supervise or lead a team is advantageous * Knowledge of merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your passion for fashion and dedication to outstanding service will make a real difference!
