Responsibilities * Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and proactive account management. * Use CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to organize leads, track interactions, and evaluate performance metrics for strategic improvements. * Manage assigned territories to uncover new prospects and maximize revenue potential. * Apply cross-selling and upselling strategies to boost sales within current accounts and explore untapped markets. * Offer knowledgeable product guidance to help clients find the best-fit solutions for their needs. * Stay sharp through ongoing sales training, product education, and industry updates to maintain a competitive edge.
