What You'll Do: * Grow Relationships & Drive Sales: Make outbound calls to understand customer needs, craft personalized strategies, and hit growth targets. Re-energize low-performing customers with fresh ideas and solutions! * Be the Product Expert: Answer technical and product questions, create quotes, process orders, and keep our CRM sparkling with accurate data. * Champion Onboarding: Welcome and educate new customers on our products, making sure they get the best from us. * Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with outside sales and the whole team to boost regional growth and performance. * Stay Curious: Dive into our products and services, becoming the go-to expert! Nice-to-Haves: * Experience with Microsoft AX, Salesforce, and WebSearch. * Comfortable navigating Microsoft Windows like a pro!
