Responsibilities * Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Be able to negotiate with banks to finalize deal and complete paperwork. * Provide sales support by assisting customers throughout the purchasing process. * Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and assist in restocking as needed. * Utilize strong math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and transactions. * Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive shopping experience. * Develop marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales. * Negotiate terms of sale with customers while maintaining company policies. * Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele. * Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Proficient in math for handling transactions accurately. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus but not required. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
