Job Title: Sales Associate - Pop-Up Children's Boutique Location: Palm Beach, FL Duration: Seasonal (November - May) Pay: $22-$24 per hour Industry: Premium Retail / Lifestyle About Us: We are a growing lifestyle brand known for quality, design, and a commitment to delivering elevated retail experiences. This fall, we're launching an exclusive pop-up boutique in Palm Beach and are looking for a passionate, experienced Sales Associate to lead the operation from October through May. Position Overview: As the Sales Associate you will be the driving force behind the success of our seasonal boutique. You'll be responsible for managing a small team, maintaining exceptional visual and operational standards, and creating a welcoming, service-driven environment that reflects the essence of our brand. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all daily store operations for the duration of the pop-up * Lead, motivate, and manage a retail team focused on exceptional service * Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective team and floor management * Ensure the store is merchandised according to brand guidelines * Maintain accurate inventory and uphold operational best practices * Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an elevated customer experience * Handle scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and performance management Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in retail sales (pop-up or boutique experience a plus) * Proven leadership and team-building skills * Strong understanding of sales performance, visual merchandising, and client experience * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Temporary, Contract Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week Ability to Commute: * Palm Beach, FL 33480 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Palm Beach, FL 33480: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
