: We are a growing lifestyle brand known for quality, design, and a commitment to delivering elevated retail experiences. This fall, we're launching an exclusive pop-up boutique in Palm Beach and are looking for a passionate, experienced Sales Associate to lead the operation from October through May. Position

Overview

: As the Sales Associate you will be the driving force behind the success of our seasonal boutique. You'll be responsible for managing a small team, maintaining exceptional visual and operational standards, and creating a welcoming, service-driven environment that reflects the essence of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Oversee all daily store operations for the duration of the pop-up
• Lead, motivate, and manage a retail team focused on exceptional service
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective team and floor management
• Ensure the store is merchandised according to brand guidelines
• Maintain accurate inventory and uphold operational best practices
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an elevated customer experience
• Handle scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and performance management

Qualifications

:

• 3+ years of experience in retail sales (pop-up or boutique experience a plus)
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong understanding of sales performance, visual merchandising, and client experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
