Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Blue Springs, MO. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and building long-term client relationships. You'll receive hands-on training, coaching, and support to learn our consultative sales process and product suite. Your primary focus will be engaging warm leads, understanding household needs, and presenting coverage solutions that provide real value to families.
