Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Boiler Sales Technician to support residential and lightcommercial boiler replacement and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate has direct boiler sales experience, but we are also open to strong sales professionals with plumbing, HVAC, or related equipment sales backgrounds. This role focuses on evaluating customer needs, recommending the right boiler solutions, and guiding homeowners through the replacement process with clarity and confidence. Required Skills and Experience: * Experience in boiler sales preferred , OR strong sales experience in plumbing or related mechanical equipment. * Understanding of hydronic heating systems, boiler components, and efficiency ratings. * Ability to perform system evaluations and communicate technical information in a customerfriendly way. * Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of closing inhome or technical sales. * Excellent communication, professionalism, and customerservice skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
