Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year About the Role Monad is hiring a Sales Representative with experience in oil and gas electrical and insulation services to expand our footprint in Colorado. You'll be working directly with project managers and field operators, selling critical control systems, heat trace solutions, and insulation systems primarily in the industrial and oil & gas industry. You'll need to understand the industry, speak the language, and close deals. They need reliable solutions for electrical construction, control wiring, troubleshooting, and industrial heating systems, and that's what we provide. * Location: Colorado * Compensation: 70,000/yr+ commission (DOE) * Perks: Company truck or allowance What You'll Do * Develop relationships with clients. * Sell electrical and insulation contracting services, control systems, and industrial heat trace and insulation solutions. * Work closely with project managers and field teams to provide tailored electrical solutions. * Identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking, direct outreach, and industry events. * Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure high-value service agreements. * Stay ahead of market trends. * Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and technical expertise. What We're Looking For * Experience in industrial contracting and oil & gas sales. * Understanding of heat trace systems, control wiring, instrumentation, and electrical troubleshooting. * Ability to talk shop with project managers, engineers, and field techs. * Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals. * Willingness to travel across Colorado. * Valid driver's license required.
