JM Connect Group, a strategic sales and business consulting firm, is hiring an AT&T Sales Representative who sees fiber not as a luxury, but as the new electricity. In Charlotte, the AT&T Sales Representative helps residents and local shops ditch their legacy connections for AT&T Fiber. As an AT&T Sales Representative, we'll provide the knowledge on products and protocols, highlighting the unparalleled advantages of AT&T Fiber. The AT&T Sales Representative provides a guided experience, ensuring every client's path to enrollment is clear and managed with care. You will work directly with customers and clients guiding them to AT&T solutions needed for their homes. After all, in a world of connectivity, being the reliable one is a pretty good punchline. Key Responsibilities of the AT &T Sales Representative: * Promote AT&T Fiber internet along with wireless devices and home phone solutions, highlighting speed, reliability, and bundled value. * Conduct structured needs assessments to recommend tailored AT&T Fiber packages and communicate technical specifications and competitive advantages. * Process contracts, financing applications, and account updates accurately within CRM and POS systems to ensure compliance. * Manage customer accounts by coordinating service enhancements, resolving escalated issues, and reinforcing longterm satisfaction. * Resolve connectivity, billing, or account concerns efficiently, acting as a trusted escalation point for AT&T Fiber customers. * Stay current on AT&T Fiber product launches, infrastructure upgrades, and market trends through ongoing training and quarterly sales initiatives. Minimum Qualifications of the AT &T Sales Representative: * High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred. * Experience in sales, customer support, or account management, with a preference for telecommunications or subscriptionbased internet and wireless services. * Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify AT&T Fiber and wireless solutions, presenting technical features and bundled advantages clearly. * Highly motivated and organized, with resilience to thrive in quotadriven environments and consistently achieve sales benchmarks. * Proficiency in CRM platforms, POS systems, and account management tools to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and streamlined service delivery. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Work Location: In person
