Onsite Inside Sales Representative - Atlanta, GA Who We Are We are a multiple award-winning manufacturer and supplier of premium commercial furnishings for hospitality, casinos, and public spaces--including shopping malls, airports, convention centers, healthcare facilities, universities and colleges, and sports and concert venues. We employ locally and serve a global customer base. The Opportunity We have an immediate opening for an Onsite Inside Sales Representative in our Atlanta office, supporting select national territories. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by managing territories, executing sales and marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, and selling to stakeholders at all management levels. What You 'll Do * Manage assigned national territories and achieve sales targets * Develop and execute new sales and marketing strategies * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and design partners * Present company products and value propositions to designers, executives, and large audiences (including lunch-and-learns and trade shows) * Sell effectively via in-person meetings, phone, and email * Prepare bids, quotes, and proposals * Maintain accurate opportunity tracking using CRM tools (SAP Opportunity Pipeline) * Attend, support, and help set up trade shows; follow up on marketing-generated leads * Travel as needed for trade shows and key account visits What You Bring * Bachelor's degree required; interior design background preferred * Minimum 7+ years of proven sales experience in hospitality, casino/gaming, government, or public-area markets * Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Highly organized with strong planning and time-management abilities * Professional presence; business attire required for client visits * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales databases/CRM systems * Self-motivated, independent, fast learner with a positive attitude Compensation * $48,000 starting base salary plus commission * Commission potential $ 150,000+ Benefits * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Life insurance * 401(k) * Paid time off and holidays * Aflac supplemental insurance * Excellent work-life balance * MARTA-accessible location Schedule & Location * Full-time, onsite * Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
