Schedule & Pay: * Full-time, 5 days per week, with weekend availability required * Compensation ranging from $50,000.00 to $180,000 (Dependent on job performance) Qualifications: * Customer service experience * Self-Motivation * Driven individual looking to establish success in Automotive Sales * Availability for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends * Skilled in using and adapting to new technologies * Valid Washington Driver's License with clean driving record Responsibilities: * Learn our systems and our culture * Learn the automotive business * Communicate with enthusiasm about our products * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction at every stage. * Maintain in-depth product knowledge of all vehicles and services. * Meet personal and team sales targets through effective prospecting and ethical selling practices. * Understand customer needs, present suitable options, and recommend additional products. * Follow up with clients post-sale to encourage repeat business. * Attend training and sales meetings to stay updated on products and techniques. * Ensure client information security and keep a valid, clean driving record.
