Base + Commission Role, In Office We are looking for someone to join our team to drive company growth within the door industry. Construction knowledge and experience is critical. This would be a perfect role for someone that is a self-starter and relates well to contractors. ----------------------------------- Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for providing quotes to customers, take offs, bids and expanding customer base. Responsibilities: -Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, web, email - Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions - Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, & sales activity information -Following up with customers and providing solutions, should a service concern arise -Ensure a positive customer experience from inquiry to installation -Must be willing to travel to client sites for on-site estimation/quotes when applicable Experience: - Proven experience in business development or sales role - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Background in construction If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development, we would love to hear from you.
