With demand increasing, we are looking for driven, personable Residential Exterior Construction Sales Representatives to join our growing team. WE 'D LOVE TO SPEAK WITH YOU IF YOU: * Have experience in sales, customer service, or relationship-based consulting * Are ambitious, accountable, and motivated by results * Can confidently ask for the business while building trust and credibility * Communicate clearly and connect easily with homeowners * Are willing and able to learn how to assess residential exterior conditions * Take pride in helping people protect and improve their homes * Stay focused and resilient when challenges arise * Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and adaptability * Want to build a career; not just chase commissions; with a growing company IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: * Represent Levello Construction with professionalism from first contact through project completion * Educate homeowners through inspections, estimates, and when applicable, the insurance process * Perform residential roof and exterior inspections related to weather events * Build and maintain a strong referral network with clients and industry partners * Follow up with past clients to strengthen relationships and identify future opportunities * Participate in networking, marketing, and community events * Create raving fans who generate repeat business, referrals, and five-star reviews * Continuously sharpen your sales and industry expertise through ongoing training QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: * Ability to work independently after training * Positive, polished, and professional presence * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfort using CRM systems, mobile apps, and office technology * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections * Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven * Valid driver's license (required) JOB DETAILS: Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000+ annually (uncapped commission potential) Compensation Package Includes: * Base to start + commission * Uncapped commission * Performance-based bonuses Benefits: * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance * Paid training * Ongoing professional development Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Occasional evenings or weekends as needed Work Location: In person - Colorado Front Range Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid training * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
