We're growing fast and looking for bold, driven teammates to join us. * The Opportunity We're seeking a Senior Director of Growth - PBMs to expand Autonomize's footprint in pharmacy benefit management. You'll own the business development lifecycle with PBM partners, cultivate trusted relationships with executives, and help shape how AI can streamline drug benefit operations and improve outcomes. This role is perfect for a strategic driver who thrives in ambiguity, translates vision into execution, and knows how to navigate complex PBM partnerships. * Key Responsibilities Lead the Growth Cycle: Own the process from sourcing and developing PBM partnerships to closing and expanding them. Market Expansion: Identify and engage senior decision-makers within PBMs to drive strategic partnerships. Executive & Technical Engagement: Build credibility with PBM executives (CEO, COO, CMO, Chief Pharmacy Officer) and technical/data leaders. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine value propositions and ensure success. Market Intelligence: Translate PBM customer insights into actionable product strategies and go-to-market refinements. Trusted Advisor: Serve as a credible voice on Autonomize's AI-powered knowledge platform for drug benefit workflows.
