Maurice Electric, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Richmond, VA location. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via phone and email with accuracy and urgency. * Provide quotes on pricing, delivery, and payment terms; suggest alternative products when needed. * Support outside sales representatives by managing transactions, quotes, and order follow-ups. * Track open orders, backorders, and project statuses to ensure timely customer communication. * Build strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable and solution-oriented service. * Coordinate with internal teams including credit, warehouse, and counter sales as needed. * Recommend and help implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or electrical distribution. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Eclipse or Solar ERP is strongly preferred. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities. * Comfortable with basic math and product comparisons; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. * Onsite work required Benefits: At USESI, we believe that our benefits should make a difference-to you, your job, and the life you lead outside of work.
