Cell Phone Repair (Will Drive Company Vehicle) Must pass Drug/Criminal/Driving background checks. POSITION DETAILS Once fully trained, serves customers by repairing mobile device screens from an outfitted repair van. This position will travel to customer locations and complete repairs at the customer's site. The repairs will be scheduled Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM. A corporate vehicle will be provided for the technician to drive to the job sites. This is a sales-heavy role. You'll be responsible for making quality offers while repairing devices. We're looking for two remote techs with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn some new skills. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely travel to customer sites and arrive within the scheduled appointment window
• Inform customers of job status (en route, arrived, etc.)
• Repair devices
• Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards
• Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
