What You 'll Do: * Connect with and follow up on leads through Drive Centric and other channels * Guide customers through every step of their car-buying journey--from first hello to final delivery * Use dealership tools like RouteOne and Reynolds & Reynolds to process sales and manage customer information * Stay up to speed on Buick and GMC vehicles to confidently highlight features and benefits * Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals * Work alongside a dynamic sales team and leadership to meet--and exceed--sales goals What We 're Looking For: * A high-energy, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for success * Strong communication and people skills * Comfort with modern dealership technology (Drive Centric, RouteOne, Reynolds & Reynolds) * Ability to juggle multiple customers and sales processes with ease * Strong organization and attention to detail * Automotive sales experience is a plus--but not required (we're happy to train the right person!)
