We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as AT&T Fiber Internet Sales Associates. In this role, you will be conducting in- person sales presentations to introduce AT&T fiber and connectivity packages to the local consumer base. AT &T Fiber Internet Sales Associate Responsibilities * Proactively engage face-to-face with potential customers to introduce and explain AT&T's wide range of products and services, including internet, TV, and mobile plans. * Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable AT&T solutions. * Assist customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. * Develop a strong understanding of AT&T's latest promotions, pricing, and service offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information. * Collaborate with our experienced sales team to refine your sales techniques and achieve individual and team goals. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. * Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to foster continuous learning and professional growth. * Represent Optimize Telecom and AT&T as an AT&T Fiber Internet Sales Associate with the highest level of professionalism and integrity at all times. AT &T Fiber Internet Sales Associate Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. * Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a sales-related role is a plus. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * A positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow. * Goal-oriented mindset and a competitive spirit. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Must be authorized to work in the United States.
